- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037, intends to solicit offers for supplying up to 21,000 cubic yards of biomass wood chip fuel to be delivered FOB Destination to the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037 on an as-needed basis. This is a total small business set-aside that will be conducted using FAR part 13.5 procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 321113 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The solicitation will be made available on or about September 14, 2020 and the solicitation is anticipated to close on September 22, 2020. A 3-month firm-fixed price Requirements contract is anticipated, with an ordering period of October 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. No solicitation is available at this time.
