Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0423 Lincoln Package LNK001 Dental Casework The Department of Veterans Affairs, Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System (VA NWIHS) in Lincoln, NE needs a contract for the procurement of A-Dec Dental Casework and Lighting (or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) being constructed in Lincoln, NE. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1). Please find attached the final Statement of Work (SOW), the Price Schedule for Completion (you may submit a complete quote that completely describes the item(s) and includes salient characteristics for all items), and the delivery schedule. To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contracting Officer Michelle Rhodes at michelle.rhodes@va.gov no later than Thursday September 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern). Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at michelle.rhodes@va.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
