FOB: DESTINATION --Quantity - 2:� Ionscan 600 - Portable/Desktop Explosives & Narcotics Detector DESCRIPTION: Standard Kit includes: (1) cardboard box, (2) lithium-ion batteries, Swab Multipack 25 (for 5,000 analyses), (1) verification pen, (1) Quick Start Guide (QSG), (1) CD of Operator's Manual/English, (1) unit power cable --Quantity 2: On-Site Extended Warranty On-site service coverage 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday All labor, travel time and travel expenses All replacement parts required Unlimited access to 24/7 Technical Support � Five years total --Operator Training @ Customer Site* *Training Class Requirement: 10 Participants Max - Per Class --Shipping to JBER, Alaska � *Please find requirement in Attachement 1 - Ionscan 600 Pricing template *Due date 16 September at 0800 AKST FAR 52-212-2: Evaluation-Commercial Items. a) The Government will award this contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factor shall be used to evaluate the offer: price. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
