Description: The 515 AMOW needs��both a secure and non-secure conferences (NIPR, SIPR) Video Teleconference (VTC). This enables the squadron to securely command and control their forces which are geographically distributed across the Pacific area of responsibility.The �current VTC system only enables non-secure VTC capabilities, and this upgrade will integrate a secure capability into the system. The purchase includes both the parts and labor required for the upgrade.
