The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability ï¿½ An authorized licensed Vendor to sell ORACLE Database Software Support.ï¿½ Shall provide proof of Licenses from ORACLE to sell. Past Performance - Provide two previous customerï¿½s name, address, email address, and phone number who has previously purchased the same services contained herein within the past two years from this date of this request for quote. Price ï¿½ Above evaluation factors are in descending order of importance.ï¿½ However, Technical and past performance when combined are significantly more important than cost or price in accordance with in accordance with FAR 15.304. ï¿½ (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). ï¿½ (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
