- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Wilmington VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a 5-year firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for Lab Courier Services. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
