These are Mounts that hold the Secure Telephones secure safely on a wall or a desk/table. TST Fabrications, LLC is the Only Manufacturer of the approved Fabricated Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) Mounts and SECTERA Viper Mount and will NOT provide the design specifications to any other company. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes other than TST Fabrications LLC. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) for single source.
