Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13,Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground Tenant Division, 6001 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21010. (Reference attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) This is a SOLE SOURCE requirement the Government intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to�Thermo Electron North America LLC. The Associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is�334516 and the Business Size Standard is 1000. All responses received within thirty (30) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00PM Eastern Time, Friday September 18, 2020. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
