THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER N0016419P0055. ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the procurement of repair of the Digital Radio Frequency Memory Unit (DRFMU) A-17 Test Station, P/N G386302-1. �The proposed contract action is for the modification of contract N0016419P0055, awarded to Raytheon Company (CAGE: 072E5) of Indianapolis, IN to increase the existing dollar ceiling to complete out-of-scope tasking. The dollar ceiling will increase to $145,510. FOR SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this modification with only one source, Raytheon Company (CAGE: 072E5) of Indianapolis, IN, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented at FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The basis for restricting competition is the lack of sufficient technical data and duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://beta.sam.gov/.
