- 36C10B20Q0525 Page 1 of Page 97 of 97 Page 1 of This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); the solicitation number is 36C10B20Q0525 (see attached document: 36C10B20Q0525_1.2) Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ, intends to issue a solicitation for a Web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription to facilitate peer review of radiotherapy treatment plans to all 40 Radiation Oncology Service facilities within the VA system. The required services shall include access to the application software hosted on the vendor s cloud environment via Internet Explorer version 10 or higher or Google Chrome-based web browsers, training, documentation, and helpdesk support that will be hosted on a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) low certified cloud solution. The base period shall consist of a 12-month period of performance which will require the contractor to install, configure, test, and attain FedRAMP and Authority to Operate (ATO) approval. Once the FedRAMP and ATO approval is received, the period of performance shall consist of three 12-month option periods for access to license subscriptions, maintenance and support services. Please review Section E. 10 Basis for Award and section E.11 Submission Instructions for specifics on the comparative evaluation being performed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) for this requirement. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 541519. This solicitation shall close on September 15, 2020 at 12:00pm EST.
