Description

NASA/JSC/WSTF�has issued�the Test, Evaluation, and Support Team 3 (TEST3)�Request for Proposal (RFP).� This notification represents Amendment 1 for this solicitation.� Please see the SF30 in the attachment section for all identified changes/updates to the solicitation.��This amendment does not extend the proposal submission due date. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541715 and 1,250 employees, respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The Technical Resource Library can be found at the following site address: https://beta.sam.gov/opp/ea9ca18ec61b486c9154ca9db7cf33f7/view. All updates, including the schedule, can be viewed on the TEST3 Procurement website located at https://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/test3/.� The data contained in the TEST3 Procurement website is constantly being updated.� Please check the website periodically for updates. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
