Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has a requirement�for Tour and Visitor Center (TVC) support services per the attached solicitation. This solicitation will be a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All questions to this solicitation are due August 28, 2020 at 1:00 PM EST. NOTE: This requirement is Subject To Availability of Funds (SAF) at the time of award. FAR Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds is included in the solicitation and will be included in the award. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 1 to solicitation along with Q&A and Past Performance Questionairre posted on August 31, 2020. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment to 2 to solicitation: Question: Could you please tell me if this is a new requirement, or if there is a current or previous contractor who has performed similar services? If available, can you please send along the incumbent contract or task order number? Answer: This is not a new requirement.� Contract TEPS15-02336 was awarded to Ruchman and Associates, Inc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 3 to Solicitation: Question: Please confirm that price proposals will be evaluated on their total price based on 43,675 hours per year for CLINS 0001 � 0004 and 125 hours per year for CLINS 1001 � 1004? Answer: Yes, Total Price will be evaluated based on 43,675 hours per Line Items 0001 to 0004 and 125 hours per Line Items 1001 to 1004.
