Description

This RFP is hereby being amended to: (1) replace SF 1449 - Amendment A01 with SF 30 - Amendment A01 (for informational purposes only), (2) provide Government responses to offeror questions in Attachment C - Offeror Questionnaire Template, (3) revise the RFP, Instructions to Offerors, and Evaluation Criteria, (4) update Attachment A- Pricing Sheet and Attachment D - Past Performance and (5) update the contract type under all CLINs in the SF 30.� All revised and updated documents as referenced with either ""Amend�A02"" or Amendment A02"". The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) contemplates placing a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) from this Request for Proposal (RFP).� The RFP is being solicited as a full and open competition for the Application Development Support Service (ADSS). The effort is to provide: Program and Project Management Support, Software and Application Development and Document Support, and Extreme Programming.
