- Description
- Please see attachments for details **** AMMENDMENT 1 - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ***** Questions recived on this requirement are listed below, with the submitted answers. Plese note: there is a revised version of Attatchment 3 included in this ammendment. Can more detail be given on what each line item is by specific part number, pumping capacity or some other way to identify a specific pump. Answer - The table has been updated to provide pumping speed for each pump. Question: Are we supposed to add in columns for year 2, year 3, year 4, year 5, or are you only looking for the year 1 pricing to base your decision on?. Answer No additional pricing information is required, beyond that shown in the pricing spreadsheet. The pricing table is for price evaluation and intended for awarding of the base IDIQ and for any task orders issued at time of award. All other pump requirements solicited during the base and option years (as applicable) will be on a lowest price basis. Question: I would like to add a column to the pump pricing spreadsheet for the pump part# so there is no confusion regarding exactly what pump is being quoted. For some of the pumps listed they are available in multiple configurations so just need to make sure we are clear on the config/part# we are quoting. Answer At this time, with limited access to the NIST site, we are not able to look at pumps currently in use at the NIST labs to get specific part numbers. We have revised Attachment 3 Sample Price Sheet (see revised attachment 3) by adding the pumping speed required from each listed pump and have added columns to the table for vendors to enter the part number of the specific pump they are proposing in both the brand name and equivalent sections. As long as the pumps offered can meet all stated requirements, they will be considered. Question: [referring to the ADP124P] is the model really supposed to be ADP122P? Answer No, the model is the ADP124P. However the ADP122P can be considered as an equivalent replacement. Be sure to include enough information about equal pumps so we can make a determination of equivalence. Failure to provide enough information will result in a determination of not equal. Question: Are there templates for the listed contract provisions and do they need to be submitted with the separate spreadsheets? (listed provisions: FAR 52.204-17; 52.209/2; 52.225-2; 52.225-18) Answer If these provisions are not filled out in your individual SAM.gov account, then they will need to be submitted with your response. If they are included in your SAM.gov account, then the only provision that may need to be submitted is the 52.225-2 and 52.225-18, however there is a column on Attachment 2 that asks for place of manufacture. Filling out this column can be used in place of a specific response to those provisions.
