Description: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, containers and labor necessary to deliver Dry Ice. Quantity needed is 300 pounds of Dry Ice pellets delivered weekly to the Koritz Clinic. Delivery will be once every seven calendar days, unless there is a previously coordinated exception.
