- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. This RFQ is issued on a sole source basis to Anasazi Instruments, Inc under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and 6.302-1(c)- �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and name brand descriptions.� The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal Alabama, CCAM-MZB-B requests a RFQ for solicitation W9124P-20-T-4061. : This requirement is for a Anasazi EFT-90 90 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer with an Aii90 AlNiCo (Aluminum, Nickel, Cobalt) magnet which is unique to this NMR. The Anasazi EFT-90 NMR should have all standard peripherals with a dual channel 13C/1H probe with two sample spinners. Additionally the NMR should include PNMR Acquisition software for control of the Eft NMR and a 4 year warranty extension. The contractor shall provide and install an Anasazi EFT-90 90 MHz NMR and accompanying software. The instrument shall be ready to use and compatible with up-to-date operating systems on stand-alone or networked computers. This equipment must meet the requirements stated below: 1. Instrument shall provide a Aii90 AlNiCo (Aluminum, Nickel, Cobalt) magnet in chassis with temperature control, shielding and plumbing for spinning. 2. The NMR shall come equipped with a dual channel 13C/1H probe with two sample spinners. 3. The NMR shall come equipped with Windows 10 based data station for use with 4. spectrometer. Includes mouse, keyboard, monitor, and printer. 5. The instrument shall come with PNMR Acquisition software for control of the Eft 6. NMR and Aii_NUTS software for processing (site license). 7. The instrument shall come with a quiet, dry air supply for trouble free operation and 8. for use with SC-1 Sample Changing Robot. 9. On-site installation of all components and training 10. 4 year warranty extension with Eft NMR. Covers instrument against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Also offers an annual PM visit for tune-up, training, and software updates. 11.
