Description: The Federal Government currently occupies 118,173 ANSI BOMA Square feet, yielding 168,000 Rentable Square feet of office and related space in New York, NY under GSA Lease Numbers GS-02B-23402 and GS-02B-23410. These two leases are set to expire on September 30, 2020. The Government has determined for both economic and mission related reasons to extend both leases for a period of up to two (2) months in order to provide sufficient time for the relocation of its Agency into a federal facility.
