Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO CORBETT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INC. TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT AND A FIVE-YEAR SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS). The IRS intends to award a fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment purchase order to Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTSI) for audiovisual equipment installation and a five-year service agreement to provide upgrades and integrate into the existing system previously installed by CTSI. The period of performance for this action shall be September 25, 2020 through September 24, 2025, including one (1), 12-month base period and four (4), 12-month option periods. The installation and upgrades to equipment shall conclude 60 days after award. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310 - - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 750 employees. The statutory authority for this non-competitive action is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), Only one responsible source, 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement by 10:00 p.m. ET, September 16, 2020, that provides sufficient details for consideration by the Government, via email to: Tameka.E.Long@irs.gov. The determination not to compete the contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Phone calls will not be accepted in response to this notice. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement.
