Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Parraid LLC for Smartronix IMUX G2 Recorder Hardware upgrade and OMEGA-NExT Software License bundle�under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). Parraid LLC has been identified as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of the required Smartronix IMUX G2 Recorder Hardware Upgrade and associated OMEGA-NExT Softwares Licenses.�The supporting Single Source Justification is attached.�Market research has revealed that there are no known potential alternate sources which could fulfill this requirement. Pursuant to FAR 5.207(c)(16),�all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Written submissions shall be received no later than 23 Sep 2020 at 1200 CDT.
