Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE to Vulcan Wireless INC RFQ# N6600120Q6917 The proposed contract action is for Satellite and Ground system Support, which the Naval Warfare Information Center Pacific(NIWC PAC SD) San Diego intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to Vulcan Wireless INC Address: 2218 Faraday Avenue, Suite 110, Carlsbad, CA 92008, under the authority of Far 13.106-1(b)(1). Justification: Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)1;Sole source justification is based on Vulcan Wireless INC is the Only one source exists with no known distributors and company for these required services that can provide the required Satellite and Ground system Support services. This is a solicitation for Supplies, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within TWO (2) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of the determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
