Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a competition unrestricted, firm fixed price contract to provide preventive maintenance and repair on (6 ea.) Electrical Discharge Machines. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-20-Q-0083.� The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 811219. The size standard for this NAICS code is $22M. The Product Service Code is J049, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair Maintenance � Maintenance and Repair of Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, DFARS (last updated 03/24/2020), and NMCARS 18-09.� The tentative Period of Performance is 30 SEP 2020 � 29 SEP 2021. This solicitation will close on 16 SEP 2020, 0300 PM HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. Please note the following:� ���� Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. The CLIN structure is as follows: 0001 � Electrical Discharge Machine Maint Conduct on-site, preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, remedial service, and an inspection report for Six Electrical Discharge Machines (EDMs), in accordance with current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines and PWS. ���� 52.212-1 Addendum: This Addendum also provides submission requirements. ���� 52.212-2 Addendum: This Addendum provides evaluation factors that will be used to evaluate award for this contract. ���� 52.212-3:� Section (b) of 52.212-3 must be filled out by an Offeror in order for a submission to be considered complete. ��� �52.204-24: If applicable, this provision must be filled out by an Offeror in order for a submission to be considered complete. ���� �52.204-26:� This provision must be filled out by an Offeror in order for a submission to be considered complete. 52.222-48:� This provision must be filled out by an Offeror in order for a submission to be considered complete. ���� All Solicitation amendments must be acknowledged in offer submission.
