Description: Deliver 300 pounds of Dry Ice pellets weekly to the Koritz Clinic. Delivery will be once every seven calander days, unless there is a previously coordinated exception. Normal hours of coverage are Monday thru Friday, 0730-1630, excluding Federal holidays. The contractor shall ensure delivery bins provided are in good working condition. The contactor shall comply with AFI 37-131 �Freedom of Information Act Program� and AFI 37-132 �Air Force Privacy Act Program�, requirements.
