Description
Mobile Test Enclosure (MTE) Minimum Requirements Dimensions: 20 feet long, 10 feet wide*, 8 feet 6 inches high Qty (1) French-style double doors, each door with 28-inch clear opening, Qty (1) escape hatch with a 20-inch diameter opening, and Qty (1) 30-inch personnel door; doors and hatch are aluminum, insulated, and rated IP66 minimum Painted in accordance with Structural Steel Painting Council (SSPC) Specifications; coatings are to be applied by a certified SSPC professional All welding in accordance with American Welding Society Structural Welding Code D1.1 for any modifications that require welding; Structural panel stiffening to ABS High Speed Craft guidelines Prior to any modifications, the container shall be ISO/CSC certified and shall contain a CSC plate (International Convention for Safe Containers) dated within 5 years or have met a MIL-STD-3037 inspection and have a current DDFORM2282 decal; all certification documentation, plates, and decals shall be retained, in place, and intact; construction/modifications adheres to USCG Guide to Structural Fire Protection; IP66 complete MTE 14 gauge minimum panel container thickness Procure and install wire transits Procure materials and install a rooftop support structure adequate to support an 850 kg equipment piece; see the current design is shown below. Zone 1 Insulation with Ceiling: R30 minimum, Walls: R25 minimum, and Floor: R13 minimum R-Values Procure and install five standard EIA-310-D compatible racks - 42u, 19 inch; 24-inches wide, 39-inches depth, 79-inches height Procure and install a collapsible roof-top fall protection system Wired to accept a 3-phase power supply which shall operate either from a 480 VAC, ungrounded neutral system or 208 VAC Install a step-down/isolation transformer rated to isolate and convert the ship�s 480 VAC to the 208/115 VAC for the interior distribution. Interior power distribution in the MTE shall be 208/115 VAC with the neutral grounded to the MTE structure Procure and install interior lighting and Qty (20) 120V outlets of varying amperage Procure and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit with 24,000 BTU cooling capacity minimum Non-Flammable insulation and sound absorption Note:� These minimum requirements and drawings are for quote purposes only and are subject to change; they are not the final specifications of the Portable Test Enclosure (MTE). * This width is not standard; modifications will be required and it is understood ISO/CSC certifications will be rendered invalid.
