Description
The Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground, Research Triangle Park Belvoir Division, on behalf of Night Vision Electronic Sensors Directorate, seeks to issue a solicitation for the extension of Task Order W911NF16D0005/0003 by a period of 5 months. This extension will be at no change to the existing Task Order value. The Task Order is with WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. 12821 Old Fort Rd. STE 302 Fort Washington, MD 20744-2837. The extension is contemplated to allow continued performance to complete work associated with supporting two TSOA events that were delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This effort provides support in planning, development, execution, and analysis of force protection related C5ISR experiments which address key technology and military utility issues associated with the Virtual Accompany Kit (VAK) and related technologies selected by sponsoring partner organizations. Support is needed for TSOA integration activities, equipment training, operation and maintenance, establishing and maintaining test network infrastructure, manned and unmanned platform operation and support and facilitating soldier interactions and data collection/processing. Event follow-on activities include supporting reconstitution, which encompasses equipment repair, reconditioning and repositioning and returning assessment sites to pre-event standards, and assisting SPPD with data analysis and report generation. All vendors interested and capable to provide these services starting 29 September 2020, with no transition, for a period of 5 months, must respond with a capabilities statement and fully address the questions below by no later than 17 September 2020. Do you have experience integrating and assessing of upgrades, and routine maintenance and sustainment (storage, transportation, etc.) of the CONUS and OCONUS existing systems with related training to enhance usability of the fielded systems? If you have experience, please describe. Please include in your description any reference as a prime or subcontract, specific contract numbers, and programs. 3. What is your expertise in the execution of electro-optic/infrared (EO/IR) sensor field data collections and exercises to support modeling & simulation verification & validation, data augmentation efforts, and sensor algorithm training? If you have expertise, please describe. Please include in your description any reference as a prime or subcontract, specific contract numbers, and programs. 4. Do you have experience conducting Remote Advise and Assist (RAA) tasks? If you have expertise, please describe. Please include in your description any reference as a prime or subcontract, specific contract numbers, and programs. 5. Do you have personnel available, with no transition, to take on all existing programs beginning 29 September 2020 with no transition for a period of 5 months? If so are these personnel current employees, team members, or potential hires?
