- This is a Special Notice. �The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Fiscal Note CQ Roll Call pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders.� All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) September 15, 2020. �Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for Subscription Renewal of Congressional Quarterly Roll Calls for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Fiscal Note CQ Roll Call, 1201 Pennsylvania Ave NW, 6th Fl, Washington, DC 20004. �A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519190.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
