Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization,� (DITCO-PL8321), Scott AFB, IL, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with General Dynamics Missions Systems, Inc., 8201 E. McDowell Road, Scottsdale, AZ, 85257-3812, for the procurement of US National Sect�ra vIPer Universal Secure Phone (with PSTN Connect), manufacturer part VIPF1000-XAMDM, quantity 90.� The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide the VIPer Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) encryptor phones by submitting a reply to the SS notice that includes clear evidence of the capability to provide/perform the required items.� The response must be received within 3 days of the posting of this notice.� This notice of sole source intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Suppliers may reply to the sources sought notice provide correspondence via email at the following address: lauren.j.oneill.civ@@mail.mil and putting 832017461 VIPer VOIP Phones SS notice reply in the email subject.� All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334210 and the size standard is 1250 employees.
