Description

This notice is to post an amendment for questions and answers as well as to update the location of this procurement.� I will also post everything in this box as well. The location is for the Grand Junction VAMC 2121 North Ave Grand Junction Co 81501 Is the booth on the first floor? If not, is there elevator access/size of elevator? 2nd floor, yes elevator (surgery elevator or service elevator).� The elevator is a freight elevator which is in the main building.� They are unsure of the dimensions. Is the existing booth that is being disposed the same size and double wall as well? Existing booth is larger, it is approximately 17 X 21.� Yes, it is a double walled booth Is there a loading dock or will a forklift be needed to offload material?�There is loading dock, and a forklift.� Depending on the weight you should be able to use it. Does the VA require compliance with the VA requirements as the following may be relevant? Does the booth need to be fire rated (60 minutes) or will a sprinkler be installed? No sprinkler Does the booth need to be RF Shielded? Partner did not know. The booths are generally 6�6� inside is this acceptable to the VA? The door clear opening would be 6�1� height and 36� wide. No, inside dimension needs to be as specified on request Do you require any data services/fire strobes/panic/emergency buttons in the booth? Panic alarm
