DIVERSITY REQUIRES THAT THE LONG HAUL VENDOR SPECIFY USE OF LEC OF SYRINGA NETWORKS OR CENTURYLINK/QWEST USING THEIR IDAHO NATIONAL LABS (INL), UNIVERISITY BOULEVARD FOUR (UB4) BUILDING LEC POP, RM 114, 595 MK SIMPSON BLVD, IDAHO FALLS, ID VICE THE SAME TWO COMPANIES TELCO POP AT THE ENGINEERING RESEARCH OFFICE BUILDING (EROB), RM 149, LEC POP AT 2525 FREEMONT AVE, IDAHO FALLS, ID TO PROVIDE PHYSICAL SITE ACCESS DIVERSITY FROM OTHER CIRCUITS BEING DELIVERED TO SITE UNDER DITCO GSA EIS CONTRACTS WITH AT&T AND VERIZON AND P2P ORDERS THROUGH DITCO FOR DHS. THIS DIVERSITY IS A MUST TO PROVIDE SURVIVABLE COMMUNICATIONS TO THE SITE. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 83. The provisions that apply to this acquisition are identified in the DITCO Basic Agreements and Section M of the attached document.� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517311 with a small business size standard of 1500. All quoted prices shall be identified in CLIN 0001 and applicable SLINs 0001AA, 0001AB, etc. as applicable for monthly recurring charges and CLIN 0002 and applicable SLINs 0002AA, 0002AB, etc. as applicable for non-recurring charges.� CLIN/SLINs shall include item descriptions, quantities and units of measure.� The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached inquiry.� The product and service code for this telecommunications requirement is D304.
