- Amendment to further clarify the contracts Performance & Work Hours: (e) Performance & Work Hours: All janitorial services shall be performed daily, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) beginning at 5:00 pm each day. Clarification: The contractor shall be present for work by no later than 5:15 from Monday to Friday. The contractor shall execute all contract requirement tasks from Monday to Friday until such a time as the contractor s Quality Control Supervisor deems the services completed - not to exceed 9:00 pm.
