Description

The OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000104930 to establish an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC). NSN: 5995-01-551-2840, LIGHT, INDICATOR; EXPORT CONTROL APPLIES; HIGHER LEVEL APPLIES; �NAICS 334419 Required delivery is 90 days.� Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 800 each.� The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation.� � � � �� There will be a 3-year base with no option, for a total of three years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 29�September 2020.
