Detailed instructions to offerors can be found under FAR Clause 52.212-1 and its Addendum. ONLY OFFERORS WHO ARE REGISTERED AND HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT� (www.sam.gov) AT THE TIME OF THE OFFER MAY BE AWARDED A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS RFQ. Payment for this requirement will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Vendors� shall be registered in WAWF before they could submit an invoice.
