Description

National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is issuing this notice for the procurement of Architect and Engineering (A-E) Design Services for Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Stations (WCDAS) for Programming Study and Fire Alarm System Design. This notice constitutes a special notice in accordance with FAR 5.205 (d). Firms wishing to be considered for evaluation in response to this notice shall complete a SF 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications, as detail in attachment labeled ""WCDAS Synopsis"". This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Brooks Act, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541330, Engineering Services with a Standard Size of $16.5M. This requirement is not set aside for small businesses.
