Description

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).� There is no solicitation document available.� This is a Notice of Intent of the United States property and Fiscal Office (USPFO-MS) 186th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) Contracting Office to issue a contract using 8(a) Sole Source procedures to Heritage Construction LLC, Cage Code 7YRF8, for construction of project number MDVL172026 � Construct Physical Fitness Track at the 186th ARW at Key Field, MS.� The NAICS Code is 236220, with a small business standard size of $39.5 million.� In accordance with FAR subpart 19.8 and DFARS subpart 219.8, the Small Business Administration (SBA) District Office of Jackson, MS has authorized the USPFO-MS 186th ARW Contracting Office to negotiate directly with Heritage Construction, LLC for an 8(a) Sole Source award.� The purpose of this contract is to construct the physical fitness track at the 186th ARW.� It is in the best interest of the government to acquire the construction service using 8(a) Sole Source procedures and to determine the price fair and reasonable based on comparison of the proposed price with prices found reasonable of previous purchases and to possibly negotiate with the contractor.� Please reply no later than 30 September 2020 to Ned McCormick, ned.mccormick.2@us.af.mil.
