- This acquisition addresses the procurement of ISC2 � CISSP and CAP examination vouchers and renewal tokens for the CIO/G6 office. The ISC2 CISSP and CAP vouchers and renewal tokens will be used by personnel to maintain their required cybersecurity certifications in the specialty category of Information Assurance Technical II and III. This is a DOD and Army requirement. Compliance with the requirement to get certified is reported through the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) submission each year to the Department of Defense and Office of Personnel Management. Without the vouchers and tokens, personnel will not be able to comply with FISMA and DOD CIO mandates and put them at risk of not being properly credentialed to carry out their network protection duties, putting the network and the Army's information at risk.
