Description

The UNITED STATES COAST GUARD, BASE ALAMEDA, 1 Eagle Road, Building 42, Alameda, CA 94501 anticipates awarding sole source procurement to Waste Management Collection And Recycling, Inc., for the following service: Refuse Services Waste Management Collection And Recycling, Inc. is the only authorized refuse services provider by mandate of the city of Fort Bragg, CA This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCG STATION NOYO RIVER. �Vendor will provide all services listed above. �NAICS Code # 562111 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 1000 09/21/2020 will be reviewed by the Government. �A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: Pablo.J.Rosa-Perez@uscg.mil. The solicitation is restricted to: Waste Management Collection And Recycling, Inc. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to Waste Management Collection And Recycling, Inc.
