Amendment 1:�UPDATE 16 Sept 2020- Questions and Answers have been posted. Please see attachment titled ""Questions and Answers BASH Pesticide Application 16 Sep 2020"". This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SVDOSB) Set Aside requirement to provide the broadcast spray of pesticide, herbicide and insecticide at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph (JBSA RAN). Please submit all questions regarding this requirement to contract Specialist Melissa De Coste via email at melissa.de_coste@us.af.mil no later than�15�September 2020, 1:00 PM (CST) Local San Antonio TX, Time. Questions received after this date and time will not be addressed. Please provide response to this request for proposal via email to Melissa�De Coste (melissa.de_coste@us.af.mil) no later than�21 September 2020, 5:00 PM (CST) Local San Antonio, TX, Time. Please see the supporting attachments provided within this post for additional information. 1) RFQ - FA301620U0230 Pesticides 2) RFQ Attachment 1) Performance Work Statement (PWS) 3) RFQ Attachment 2) Wage Determination 2015-5253 Rev 11 4) RFQ Attachment 3) AFPMB Pesticide Listing Jun 2020 Description: This� requirement is to provide a broadcast spray of pesticide, herbicide and insecticide at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph (JBSA RAN), the purpose of which is to mitigate to the maximum extent possible the risk of bird aircraft strike hazards (BASH), by the selection of a monoculture of a native grass species or a natural mix of grass species that are not bird food attractants. All work shall be performed in accordance with industry and commercial practices, using commercial/industry standard products, equipment, materials, supplies and tools.
