Description

Provide a Civilian Enterprise (CE) newspaper, the ""The Frontline"" 3Rd Infantry Division Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work will consist of providing all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to assemble print and deliver copies of a weekly CE newspaper to bulk drop distribution points plus other on post and off post individual patrons, and other designated locations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. U.S. Government funds shall not be used to print or distribute the newspaper; the contract line items will be identified as no cost. The revenue the Contractor receives from the sale of advertisements in the newspaper shall constitute full payment to the Contractor.
