Description

AMENDMENT 0001 1. The purpose of this amendment is to reschedule the site visit from Wednesday, 16 September 2020, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) to Monday, 21 September 2020, at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) due to inclement weather. See tracked changes below indicating this update. 2. POCs for this amendment are: Tatyana Webb, Contracting Specialist; Phone (334) 953-3538, FAX (334) 953-3543 and William Stallings, Contracting Officer, Phone (334) 953-3266. The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the procurement and installation of new case goods and office seating; furniture must add effective space saving and adaptability in the basement of Building 800 at Maxwell AFB, AL, in order to accomplish its mission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHC30108AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (see Attachment #2) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-09, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20200831 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001.
