Description

The Army National Guard requests a quote for the following products: Cubicle Furniture with assembly and installation at the office of J3DO, 330 Old Niskayuna Rd. Latham, NY 12110.� Site visit for available vendors at site location on Monday, September 21st, 2020. All or None applies; delivery and all service to and at the location listed must be included in the price. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes are not considered. This opportunity is 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS 337214. Basis of award is price alone.� In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.� Compliance with Buy American-DFARS clause 252-225=2001 applies.� The Solicitation and all amendments are on Contracting Opportunities websites at https:www.beta.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation is electronically issued as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
