Description

DON/AA plans to re-design and reconfigure existing AIS Matrix systems furniture at 1000 Navy Pentagon, Room 5E148, Washington, DC 20350.� Existing workstations shall be converted to include adjustable height work surfaces. Existing AIS workstations will be reconfigured by replacing current surfaces with new components that allow for height adjustment.� New parts and pieces must be AIS Matrix furniture. The colors and finishes must match existing furniture.� DON/AA also requires services to remove and dismantle existing furniture parts and pieces in order to install the components that allow for adjustable height surfaces. Procure new powered, stackable frame panel systems furniture for a space under renovation at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA� 22202.� The project includes qty. (14) 6�- 6� x 6�- 0� adjustable height workstations, qty. (4) 5�-6� x 5�-6� adjustable height workstations and qty. (3) Private office, wood veneer casegoods desk set-ups.� Also, needed are miscellaneous mobile pedestal files with cushion tops, lateral files, tool rail tiles, monitor arms, led lights, lockers and task chairs.� See attached drawings A - M.� Workstations must match existing AIS Matrix furniture recently purchased and installed in newly renovated spaces in the Pentagon. Other furniture brands are not physically compatible with AIS Matrix furniture.� Private office furniture shall match Darran Central Park currently installed in private offices in newly renovated Navy spaces in the NCR. Additional requirement is for conference tables, chairs, and storage cabinets.
