- (i)�� �This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.� (ii)�� �Solicitation number 75H70420Q00022 applies, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).�� (iii)�� �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07.� (iv)�� �This sole source requirement is to be awarded�to a small business concern and the associated NAICS is 541990 with small business size standard of $15M. (v)�� �The vendor is to submit a firm fixed price to provide the described services in the attached scope of work. �� (vi)�� �This sole source, firm-fixed-price requirement is to acquire follow-on services per the deliverables provided by Integritas Creative Solutions LLC., under the terms of the contract# 75H70419P00042. �This expired contract was solicited via RFP# 19-236-SOL-00002, which was publicized via beta.sam.gov.
