HZC Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13)
 

Description

Center Administrative Support Services II � (CASS II) **The NASA/MSFC CASS II acquisition strategy has been REVISED.** **It has been determined that the CASS II contract will be competed as a HUBZone ONLY�set-aside.**� **The Request for Proposal (RFP) is now scheduled to be released by the end of September with proposal receipt remaining at approximately 45 calendar days from the RFP release date.** It is anticipated that this�will be awarded as a single award contract. There will be no Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP). This competitive acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 and NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) Part 1815.� Proposals will be evaluated using Price Evaluation Price Performance Tradeoff (PPTO) and a best value tradeoff process will be performed between the factors of Price and Past Performance.� In accordance with FAR Subpart 15.304(e), the relative importance of these factors is: �Price is considered to be essentially equal in importance to Past Performance.� There will be a Virtual Industry Day scheduled approximately 3 days after the RFP release date. Registration instructions for the CASS II Industry Day will be included in the RFP.� Potential offerors must monitor the beta.sam.gov website for any changes to the date or time of the virtual industry day meeting.
