- NOTE: THE NUMBER OF SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM W912PF20R0007 TO W912PF20Q0061 ON 18 SEPTEMBER 2020 HAS BEEN POSTED THE DRAFT REQUEST FOR QUOTATION W912PF20Q0061 Description: �Total ground maintenance as detailed below: Lawn mowing at DMC as per annual calendar plan shown in Exhibit xx Trimming and pruning of shrubs. Trimming and pruning of hedges. Removal of dry of trees, high: 10>16 mt. Removal of dry of trees, high: over 20 mt. Cutting of trees, high 6>12 mt. Cutting of trees, high 23>30 mt. Drilling / removal of stumps Replanting of new trees. FUNDING: The funds will be obligated on each task order issues against this contract,� NO funds obligation at the time of award. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The site of the proposed work is Camp Darby area and Depot area,Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This will be a Request for Proposal resulting in a firm fixed price contract. Task Order will be issued against the contract PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The Performance Period is Base Year and four (4) option years 16 November �2020-15�November 2021 16 November�2021-15�November 2022 16November �2022-15 November �2023 16 November 2023-15 November2024 16 November 2024-15 November 2025 SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on September 21,2020 at 09:30 hrs. at gate no. 27 Depot Area, Tombolo (Pisa). MISCELLANEOUS: The solicitation package, including the technical specification, description of the work and additional information will be posted within 19 August �2020 on Beta-SAM Opportunities (https://beta.sam.bov) To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun& Bradstreet http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform) and NCAGE (www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp) numbers and be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM). We will discuss this at the site visit.
