Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; �quotations� are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a ""request for quotations (RFQ)."" The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number/Effective Date:�2020-07/08-31-2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336612, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The NOAA Office of Law Enforcement, Pacific Islands Division (PID) requires a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) with a Length Overall (LOA) of 9.5 Meters that will be utilized in open waters to enhance our team�s interdiction and enforcement assignments. The requirement includes an appropriately load-rated trailer, and �turn-key-ready� delivery to PID in Honolulu, Hawaii.� Please note:�any vendor who proposes a boat with a Deep V hull design will not be considered for award.� See specifications in the attached solicitation document for further details. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
