Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. This RFQ is issued on a sole source basis to QTEC Solutions Inc under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and 6.302-1(c)- �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and name brand descriptions.� The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal Alabama, CCAM-MZB-B requests a RFQ for solicitation W9124P-20-T-8175: � This Q-Star Tool subscription/software maintenance license for this requirement must contain the following: Obsolescence Life cycle Prediction ROHS Management Die Availability Second Source and alternates Lifecycle Availability analysis BOM upload, risk analysis Proactive PCN alert Push Unlimited Research Request Secure, data-centric forum to collaborate on common part problems Ability to import COTS bill of material information Single COTS part look up capability COTS BOM Risk analysis COTS lifecycle predictions COTS product alerts Unlimited COTS research requests Ability to add parts to the vendor�s COTS library Web based 508 compliant Requirements� Q-TEC shall provide a 2 year user license contract for Q-STAR with Q_STAR COTS to the Obsolescence Management Team, Manufacturing Science and Technology division.
