Description: This Intent to Sole Source Notice is being issued by the General Services Administration (GSA). Replacement of Treated Water Pump #3 and Feed Water Pump #2, Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant (CHRP), 325 13th Street, SW, Washington, DC Central Heating &Refrigeration Plant has a treated water pump and a feed water pump, which are over 10 plus years old, have reached their end of life and are experiencing frequent failures. Repair parts for these pumps are very hard to find and have a long delivery period. These specifications include supply and installation of treated water pump #3 and motor, and feed water pump #2 (without motor) all in similar make and model as existing pumps listed in the scope of work below. The project is not a change in use of space. The project is not a change in occupancy.
