Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ~ The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order with HBM Prenscia, Inc. 5210 E. Williams Circle, Suite 240, Tucson, AZ 85711-4405.� Projected award date is 25 September 2020.� The authority being cited is 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, ""Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."" Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the notice no later than 3:00�PM�EDT, 23 September 2020. �Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.� Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
