- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs, Tampa, Fl. 33612 intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source requirement contract with WOLTERS KLUWER HEALTH, INC., located at HUNTERS GREEN PKWY, HAGERSTOWN, Md, 21740 for Multimorbidity and psychosocial journal subscription (Peer Review) . The anticipated award dollar value is $82,200.00 for base and one year option. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their capability to be considered for future procurements. NAICS Code 513190 (Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals) with a size standard of 1000 employees. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6. 302-1 ( Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received by 10: 00 A.M.EST, 9/21/ 2020, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
