Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice.� A written solicitation will not be issued.� This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code:� This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% women owned small business set-aside.� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210 with a size standard of $16.5 million dollars. II. DESCRIPTION OF ACQUISITION: The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG), Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) requires the installation, configuration and programing of a Harris Falcon III Multiband System and Falcon III HF System, antennas and console. Location is at AASF, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00907. Evaluation: �Lowest Price and offeror shall evidence that it is a Harris Corporation approved installer and a Harris Corporation communication letter validating equipment warranties. Due date: Quote shall be received not later than 25 September 2020 at 2:00pm AST.
