Description

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Code 22120, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to OFILUSA 5435 Sugarloaf Pkwy Suite 2200, Lawrenceville, GA., for a Daycor Luminar HD Camera under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)(i) only one source reasonably available. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334310. The Daycor Camera is the only HD camera that has the sensitivity and ability to maintain visual quality to pinpoint corona and arcing locations. The synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed actions based on responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will only be considered solely for determining whether to solicit this requirement as a competitive procurement. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Responses for this synopsis should be directed electronically to Tonya Walker, contract specialist, at tonya.a.walker@navy.mil no later than Monday 28 September 2020, at 1500 (EST).
